Amber

Like her sister Lily, Amber was born in a nearby Burmese village as part of a litter of ten puppies. With so many dogs already living in the area, it quickly became clear that the puppies would need support if they were going to have the best possible chance in life.

The litter entered our care at a young age, where they received veterinary care, nutritious food, and the opportunity to grow up in a safe environment. Over time, the puppies blossomed into healthy, social young dogs.

Most of Amber’s siblings have since found homes around the world and begun exciting new lives with their families. Amber is one of the few still waiting.

Although she has spent much of her life at the rescue, Amber hasn’t let that dampen her spirit. She is a bright, enthusiastic dog who approaches each day with excitement. Whether she’s exploring the grounds, playing with her friends, or joining volunteers on walks, Amber throws herself into life with enthusiasm.

Amber is incredibly affectionate and loves spending time with people. She enjoys attention, happily accepts cuddles, and is always eager to make new friends. Her gentle and loving personality makes her a joy to be around.

She also enjoys the company of other dogs and loves playtime. Toys are one of her favourite things, and she can often be found carrying them around proudly or inviting her friends to join in a game.

As a young dog, Amber still has plenty of energy and would benefit from a family that can provide regular exercise, enrichment, and opportunities to continue learning. She is intelligent, eager to please, and has all the qualities needed to become an exceptional companion.
