Some dogs seem to get noticed immediately. Others quietly wait, watching as dog after dog leaves for their forever home. Red has spent years being one of those dogs.

Despite her sweet nature, gentle personality, and endless affection for the people she loves, Red is still waiting for someone to choose her. We know that when the right person finally meets her, they’ll wonder how she was ever overlooked.

Red has grown into a beautiful, affectionate dog who thrives on companionship. She loves being around people and is never happier than when she’s receiving attention or enjoying a cuddle. While she enjoys running and playing with her dog friends, she is equally content relaxing close to her favourite humans after a day of adventures.

Volunteers often describe Red as one of the sweetest dogs at the rescue. She has a soft and friendly nature and approaches life with enthusiasm and kindness. Whether she’s joining a walk, greeting visitors, or spending time with her best friend Squeak, she does everything with a wagging tail and a happy outlook.

Red has spent almost her entire life waiting for a family. She has watched her siblings leave for homes around the world, celebrated their happy endings, and patiently continued hoping that her own day would come.

We believe that day is long overdue.

Red deserves a home where she will be loved, included, and cherished as a member of the family. A home where she can finally stop waiting and start living the life she has always deserved.
